• Refund - email us within 14 days, no reason needed. Policy
• Someone submitted my site - email us from an address on that domain, or from the account that owns it, and we will remove it.
• My screenshot is wrong or broken - email the handle; we re-shoot manually.
• Take my listing down - you can do it yourself from the dashboard, or email us.
• Report a listing - use the report form; it goes straight to the moderation queue.
